I got the idea when I was cooking. When I sliced a lemon, the slices mad me think of wheels.
This resulted in the sunny summer bike you see below.

Yesterday I told you about the 'grass' photo's of Ackroyd & Harvey.

As I wondered how they make these photo's, I searched on youtube.
And I found this video in which this creative couple tells you about the 'making of'.

Day 215 - Paper art: exhibition CODA Paper Art 2013

Paper is a great material. It inspires designers to create the most amazing and creative art works, such as dresses, jewels, objects.

At CODA, a museum in Apeldoorn (the Netherlands), there is a large exhibition: Paper Art.
Works of no less than 23 artists and 16 jewelry designers of both the Netherlands and abroad can be seen.

Day 213 - Minimal graphic design: perfume by Chanel, Chance

Chance is a nice perfume, created by Chanel.

I do not only like the perfume, but also the bottle design, the colors and the name.
That's why it inspired me to make this minimal illustration.

The French word 'chance' means 'luck'.
